Don’t delay….we want to start planning right away! Decision day is not far away!
• For Ladies Day to proceed, a lead committee needs to be formed by Friday, November 22, 2024. There are 10 positions to be filled.

• If you are interested in joining the organizing committee, note that there will be support from past committee members, plus a detailed action log outlining all tasks and timelines to make the event a success.

• Check out the sign up sheet below to see what positions must be filled to continue with the planning of this much-loved event

• If interested in assuming the position of Financial Lead (1 person) OR Administration/Chairs (2 people) and would like to see the developed Action Log, please contact me. These two positions would be suited to someone who has some computer skills and could work from home.

• A crew of Volunteers always sign up to help. We just need Lead people to use our "Action Log", assign tasks to willing helpers and check them off when done and 2 Chair Persons to oversee.

• A decision will be made on Friday November 22, 2024 as to whether we will proceed.
The Event is scheduled for Saturday, January 18th, 2025.
